All our premiums include Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) at 20%.
Your policy contains terms, conditions, and exclusions so you are advised to read your policy thoroughly. Your travel policy will be valid from the date of purchase until your scheduled holiday return date on a single-trip policy and until the end of the policy year on an annual policy.
There is a 14-day cooling off period should a refund be required (Full refund is only applicable if the customer has not travelled and is not making a claim).
Please ensure you declare any pre-existing medical conditions for your policy to be valid.
Please note: Medical Screening is a separate policy which must be paid for directly with the
screening team and this runs alongside the main policy purchased through HPB Travel Club (0330 311 2648).
